Benefits

We believe in transparent pricing for our clients, so it'd be strange to be cagey with you. Here's the deal.Base salary of $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. Commission is uncapped, so there's no target to hit and no ceiling to bump against. The better you do, the more you make. Period.Your commission rates:Contingent placements: 20% of the total contingent placement fee you bring in.Recurring-service clients (RaaS): 20% of everything they pay us in their first year, then a 5% residual on their monthly revenue for as long as they stay with us.
