Job Description The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis, verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified boundaries of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case. Stakeholder and Communications Management Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues. Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes. Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication. Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders. Process and Delivery Execution Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business. Own the full project life cycle end to end. Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives. Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project. Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees. Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs. Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables. Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards. Job Requirements: Master's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Finance or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience the Banking Sector At least 5 years in Project Management and Business Analysis Function Proven track record of implementation with product and operational expertise in banking. Good knowledge in Banking operational process, investment products domain and services. A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence with analytical/problem solving ability. Able to clearly articulates complex matters and provide recommendations on best course of action to be taken. Full end to end project management in a lead role. Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
