Team Leader

Responsibilities

• o Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• o Work closely with Sales Managers to develop and execute effective telesales strategies and initiatives.
• o Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing training to team members to enhance sales techniques and performance.
• o Develop and refine sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and FAQ responses to improve sales effectiveness.
• o Monitor team productivity and sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• o Provide support and guidance to team members on day-to-day operational matters and customer interactions.
• o Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business objectives and service excellence.
• o Handle escalated customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
• o Prepare, compile, and present sales performance reports and analysis to management.
• o Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• o Minimum experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role, preferably within the insurance or telesales industry.
• o Possess valid General Insurance certifications - BCP and PGI (mandatory).
• o Prior experience in telesales and/or insurance sales is preferred.
• o Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• o Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• o Able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• o Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and present reports.
