Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Azure cloud infrastructure and associated services.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and event alerts within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide 24/7 production support.
- Perform troubleshooting across Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.

- Manage and support monthly patching activities for Windows and Linux environments.

- Support compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and service management teams to ensure service quality and continuous improvement
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Business Information Technology (including e-commerce technology, business information systems)
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience working with AWS / Azure cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of networking principles.
- Experience in system administration for both Windows and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Terraform, configuration management, and continuous integration tools.
- Proven experience managing patching cycles in enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Requirements
- Experience working in a 24/7 production support environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes or service management frameworks.
- Relevant Azure certifications are a plus.
