Product Manager (Smart Healthcare Digitalization)

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Communicate with hospital users to collect operational needsand translate them into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare professional presentation decks and solution proposalsbased on our existing Digital Twin and AI platforms.
• Product Demonstration: Conduct routine product demos and presentations for clients,explaining how features solve specific pain points.
• Coordination &Tracking: Work closely with theoverseas R&D team to track development progress and ensure deliverablesalign with local client expectations.
• Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining documentation related to localregulations (e.g., PDPA) to ensure basic operational compliance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken). Ability to create structured and professional presentation decks (PowerPoint) and confidently deliver clear, logic-driven product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs, including handling client Q&A sessions professionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT, Smart Building, or Digital Transformation. Passionate fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn digital product interfaces and system logic. Able to explain technical features to non-technical users in a simple and effective manner.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
