The Position As a primary strategic link within Roche Digital Technology, the Digital Technology Business Partner (d/f/m) facilitates critical communication between RDT (Roche Digital & Technology) organisation and assigned business functions. In this role, you cultivate trusted partnerships with business stakeholders, internal RDT units, external partners, and the broader healthcare ecosystem to implement solutions that advance Roche's strategic goals. Acting as a vital interface, you oversee relationship management, risk mitigation, and the development of business technology strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes. You are responsible for navigating complex, systemic challenges and fostering continuous innovation within the organization. Your main activities Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to business leaders, co-creating technology-enabled strategies that align RDT objectives with local goals to drive impactful outcomes. Manage relationships across all levels with trust and expertise, effectively communicate complex ideas, and contribute to strategic business initiatives. Shape joint business-IT collaborations and proactively drives global process improvements ; Impact/Strategy: Proactively identify business opportunities to architect, design, prototype and collaborate with business and product leads/owners to deliver continually improved products. Bring thought leadership to our stakeholders to shape innovative capabilities that drive impact for our healthcare ecosystem ; Complexity: Accountable for delivery of technology-enabled business outcomes for the commercial functions in scope (i.e. yearly revenue goals, patient access, etc). Accountable for issue escalation and resolution within the country/function in scope, in strong collaboration with Product Engineering Teams ; Business/Technical ability: Lead technology advocacy with advanced expertise, serve as a key opinion leader, manage stakeholders end-to-end, and scale piloted solutions to maximize impact. Your profile Education / Experience Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field ; Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Technology Management) is preferred ; Proven track record in managing relationships across different organizational levels with trust and expertise, and shaping joint business-IT collaborations ; Possess strong business acumen and foundational knowledge in Pharma Commercial ; Adaptability to changing priorities and innovative thinking in fast-paced, dynamic environments ; Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, transparency, and fostering trust-based relationships ; Ability to monitor industry/technology trends and market challenges to identify opportunities and co-create strategic solutions ; Mandatory Languages : French (Native or Fluent - C2) / English (Proficient - C2). Technical Skills Advanced expertise in technology advocacy, with the ability to scale piloted solutions to maximize their impact ; Advanced analysis and systems-thinking approach to proactively mitigate issues and solve complex problems ; Strong capability in vision and roadmap creation, anticipating strategic needs, and effectively connecting strategies across domains.
