  • Collaborate with the wider content team to brainstorm and develop exciting local content ideas.
  • Create engaging, high-quality local content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Translate and draft compelling copy from scratch in both English and the local language.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights
  • Partner with our data team to analyse performance, tracking insights and learnings to improve future content.
  • Identify local trends and cultural moments that can be turned into quick, creative content opportunities for the brand.
  • About You
  • The essentials:
  • Professional-level fluency in both Portuguese and English , with exceptional creative writing and proofreading abilities.
  • Proven experience working as a Community Manager or in a similar social media/editorial role.
  • A strong, demonstrable understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills to work seamlessly across design, project management, and data teams.
  • Not a must, but a plus:
  • Background or experience working with luxury lifestyle or automotive brands (bonus points if you love cars!).
  • Hands-on experience or expertise in content optimisation strategy and maintaining strict brand consistency.
