Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and checklists for fire protection works.
- Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections for fire protection systems, including:
- o Sprinkler systems
- o Hose reel / hydrant systems

- Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure with corrective actions.
- Witness and coordinate testing & commissioning activities, including:
- o Hydrostatic testing
- o Pressure testing
- o Functional testing of alarm and suppression systems
- Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, records, and handover documents.
- Support project teams during audits and authority inspections.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in fire protection or M&E construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and installation practices.
- Familiar with SCDF regulations and submission requirements.
- Knowledge of NFPA and Singapore Standards (SS).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
