About our client: Our client is a Singapore-based design, architecture, and manufacturing company. About the role: Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, overseeing a small HR support team of three staff. This is a hands-on HR Manager role with end-to-end operational responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. The role requires a candidate who is strong in HR execution, operations, and payroll, rather than a purely strategic HR Business Partner profile. Manage the full spectrum of HR operations for Singapore Supervise and support a small HR team Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters Process monthly payroll accurately and on time Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations Manage performance management and HR administration About you: 5-8 years of HR experience At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR Manager role Strong hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations Proven ability to manage day-to-day HR operations and lead a small team Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations Experience in an SME environment, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or interior fit-out industry Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational HR environment *Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.* Employment Agency: Kingsforce Management Services Pte.
