Join Our Team as a SIP Trainer! Are you organized , detail-oriented , and ready to support a dynamic team ? If so, we want you to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our training processes. This is your chance to be part of a team that values efficiency, collaboration, and growth! Help first-time migrant domestic workers (MDWs) get inducted in Singapore so that they can better adapt to the cultural and social expectations of being a MDW in Singapore. Educate first-time MDW on various topics such as: Introduction to Singapore. Employment Conditions. Safety at Home. Safety in other areas. Relationship and stress management. Job Requirements Education : High School or GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher. Experience : At least 1 year of work experience, with a passion for teaching and helping others. Language Skills : Native fluency in one of the following languages-Tagalog / Burmese / Mizo / Chin / Bahasa Indonesia Teaching Abilities : Comfortable conducting training sessions in both your native language and English, creating a supportive and clear learning environment. Training Provided : Don't worry if you're new to this; comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success! Eligibility : Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) ready to make a positive impact.
