About the role
SPOTV is looking for an Advertising & Partnership Manager to manage and grow advertising and sponsorship partnerships across our portfolio of premium sports content. Working closely with the Commercial team, you'll help develop partnership proposals, support client presentation, oversee campaign execution and ensure our advertising and sponsorship commitments are delivered successfully. Responsibilities
- Partnership Development
- Identify and recommend relevant strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and other stakeholders based on the sponsorship ecosystem of our key sports rights holders;
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and brand advertisers to enhance brand presence and create mutually beneficial commercial opportunities;
- Prepare media kits, campaign plans and proposals for key prospects, demonstrating SPOTV's value as an advertising platform;
- Manage the sales process to successful completion in collaboration with the commercial; and
- Collaborate with internal teams to draft and execute partnership agreements and marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of advertising campaigns and partnership activities;
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance expectations; and
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to align advertising and partnership efforts with overall business objectives; and
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure that advertising materials and partnership deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare regular reports on advertising and partnership performance, including revenue metrics, campaign results, and partner feedback; and
- Manage the budget for advertising and partnership activities, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial accountability.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in advertising, sponsorships, media partnerships, account management or client servicing.
- Experience in sports media, broadcasting, OTT platforms, digital media, media agencies or sports marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong relationship management, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience preparing proposals, presentations and media kits, and managing advertising or sponsorship campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
