Job Responsibilities: Advise on HR policies and assist in implementing HR procedures and processes. Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Support career development initiatives and provide guidance on training opportunities. Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment. Conduct salary administration tasks, including market analysis and compensation recommendations. Provide advice to managers on wage structures and compensation-related queries. Advise line managers on personnel procedures, policies, and best practices. Assist with the administration of benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve HR functions and employee engagement.
