Responsibilities
- BAU Benefits Delivery - Lead the seamless delivery of day-to-day benefits across the UK & Ireland, ensuring a consistently high-quality employee experience and effective administration of all benefit programmes.

- Continuous Process Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the overall benefits administration framework.
- Data Governance & Compliance - Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting audit readiness.
- Employee Experience & Communications - Enhance employee engagement with benefits by supporting the development and delivery of clear, impactful communications, guidance, and education initiatives that promote understanding and utilisation of available benefits.
