Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to all guests Take accurate orders and process transactions with attention to detail Prepare and serve high-quality food items according to company recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including work areas and dining spaces Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with basic food preparation tasks, following all safety and hygiene protocols Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a can-do attitude Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in various roles within the restaurant Participate in team-building activities to enhance the workplace experience Strive for continuous improvement by actively seeking and applying feedback from supervisors and guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Willingness to learn and master multiple roles within the restaurant Passion for food and interest in our cuisine is a plus Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided) Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences No prior experience required - we offer comprehensive training to set you up for success
