Event & Group Booking Coordination: - Handle inquiries for private parties, corporate events, and large group reservations. - Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution. 5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: - Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities. - Suggest menu or service improvements based on customer preferences.
