Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues who want to exercise their data subject rights (for example, making a subject access request or asking for their data to be deleted).
- Review those requests and triage them to ensure that they are dealt with promptly and effectively within the legal deadline.
- Have responsibility for logging requests on the team's database and tracking them through to completion.
