About the role

As a Campaign Management Executive, you will support the planning and execution of influencer and content marketing campaigns across a portfolio of global brands. In 6 Months: Handle campaign execution more independently, build working relationships with KOLs and internal teams, and contribute to campaign reporting. In 12 Months: Take ownership of smaller campaigns or key workstreams, demonstrating strong execution, coordination, and basic strategic thinking. Responsibilities of the role: 1. Campaign Planning & Support Assist in developing campaign plans aligned with client objectives. Support in preparing timelines, content calendars, and campaign trackers. Help identify suitable platforms and basic content approaches based on campaign goals. 2. KOL Research & Coordination Support KOL sourcing based on campaign requirements and target audience. Help evaluate KOL profiles using basic performance metrics and brand fit. Coordinate outreach, communication, and follow-ups with KOLs and agencies. 3. Briefing & Content Support Assist in preparing campaign briefs and sharing guidelines with KOLs. Coordinate content submission, reviews, and approvals. Ensure content meets client requirements and timelines. 4. Execution & Coordination Support end-to-end campaign execution across multiple KOLs and platforms. Track deliverables and ensure all parties meet deadlines. Work closely with internal teams (media, social, PR) for campaign alignment. 5. Reporting & Analysis Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, basic KPIs). Compile campaign reports and dashboards. Highlight key learnings and support optimization suggestions. 6. Learning & Innovation Stay updated on social media and influencer trends. Support the team in exploring new content formats or KOL opportunities. Contribute ideas during team discussions and campaign planning.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or advertising (internships are acceptable).
  • Strong passion for social media, content, and KOL trends.
  • Good organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear and professional communication in English (Thai is a plus).
  • Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working with data and learning performance metrics.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
