About the role

The Lead Robotics Analyst will work as a liaison among stakeholders and business partners to understand the structure, processes, policies and operations of an organization, and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its efficiency goals. Key Responsibilities and Duties Elicit and document business requirements, risks and priorities to establish a clear understanding of the stakeholders' environment in support of solution development through automation technology solutions. Achieve consensus across stakeholders by driving clarity around needs, findings, gaps and mitigation measures. Define, validate and deliver solutions that meet business needs, goals, objectives and budget. Research other internal / external approaches to automated solution design for similar business needs / requirements. Design, develop and test automation technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Activiti Business Process Management, low code solutions, etc.). Possess interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Adapt at organization and have presentation skills to deliver at various levels (project, stakeholder, leadership and executive leadership). Confidence in knowledge and practices with technology techniques, process analysis and methods. Adaptive approach with innovative problem resolution skills. Proactive self-starter with the ability to balance and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines. Influential in establishing and maintaining trust and partnerships. Can function effectively and proficiently in a changing environment. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 8IC Required Skills: 5 or more years of experience in Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement, with a demonstrated track record of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes and practices. Five years or more of leading projects and communicating progress (example: ability to create presentations that showcase facts/data/results to partners) General understanding of automation and workflow technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management tools such as Activiti (BPM/Workflow), and low-code application development solutions. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) Preferred Skills: A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is preferred.
