Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Experience in the esports, gaming, entertainment, technology, or digital media industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and SEO is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Passion for gaming and esports.
  • Experience managing gaming communities on Discord or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with influencers, streamers, or esports organizations.
