Your Role As Team Lead Revenue Analytics, you will lead and further develop our Revenue Analytics function, driving data-informed decision-making and strategic initiatives to maximize revenue growth across our global Sales organization. Your Tasks Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Revenue Analysts, fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture Own and continuously improve the global revenue analytics landscape, including reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks (PowerBI, Salesforce, DWH) Own top-line revenue planning in close collaboration with Controlling, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and global revenue targets Provide monthly performance updates to senior leadership (CLT), delivering clear insights and recommendations based on prior month performance Lead the coordination and delivery of global Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) in collaboration with Sales leadership, presenting results and strategic implications to C-level stakeholders Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across the full sales and customer lifecycle Collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders like Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Data, Marketing, and Product Continuously enhance data models and quality in collaboration with Data Engineering teams Support and shape Sales Incentive & Compensation frameworks with data-driven insights Evaluate and leverage modern analytics tools and AI-driven approaches (e.g. LLM-based workflows, coding assistants) to further scale and innovate the analytics function Your profile University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field Several years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, controlling, or a similar environment, including first leadership experience Strong expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehouses; experience with data modelling (e.g. DBT) is a plus Advanced Excel skills, with proven experience in building and managing complex financial and planning models Proven ability to translate data into business impact and influence decision-making at senior stakeholder level Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and guide senior leadership Strong interest in leveraging AI and modern technologies to enhance analytics workflows and drive efficiency (e.g. experience with coding assistants or automation tools is a plus)
