Behavioral Health Program Manager II - Tracy House Group Home

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Mental Health Techs working across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Implement Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) , a transformative Evidenced-Base Practice that we'll provide you with specialized training for.
• Oversee clinical needs and treatment planning for clients
• Foster a compassionate and inclusive atmosphere that promotes client well-being and growth, while ensuring that all staff feel valued and empowered in their roles.
• Work collaboratively with other residential managers and rotate on-call duties to ensure consistent support for our team.

• Minimum Requirements
• Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited program in social work, psychology, counseling, or any other related human services field approved by the State of Missouri.
• Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (i.e. Social Worker, Licensed Counselor, OT, etc.)
• Two years' experience; one of which was working with the behavioral health population.
• Must be licensed or licensable in the State of Missouri. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a willingness to work with multicultural staff and clientele.
• Staff with a master's degree in social work are required to have a minimum licensure of MO LMSW. (If LMSW hasn't been obtained, still apply as there may be a pathway forward.)
• Staff must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment.
• Completion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment.
