Liquid Personnel is currently seeking Occupational Therapist for its client located at Shropshire. What will your responsibilities be? Conduct 10 single-handed care assessments per week as part of a 15-week review project Evaluate existing care packages and recommend appropriate equipment to reduce reliance on multiple carers Promote independence and improve client wellbeing through tailored OT interventions Order and manage equipment needs in line with the Care Act (2014) Collaborate with the Adult Social Care team to reassess and update support plans
