Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global strategy for market insight, market access, and therapy evidence, aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Translate market, customer, competitor, and environmental data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and portfolio priorities.
• Lead the development of global market access strategies and support compelling value propositions that drive adoption and growth.
• Oversee the generation and application of clinical, health economic, and outcomes evidence to demonstrate the value of products and solutions.
• Partner closely with marketing, commercial, clinical, finance, and regional teams to embed insight and evidence into business planning and execution.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure robust data governance, quality, compliance, and ethical use of information across all activities
• Establish performance metrics and evaluate the impact of insight, access, and evidence initiatives.
• Champion innovative methodologies, technologies, and external partnerships to enhance insight generation and future market readiness. Lead strategic projects and respond effectively to evolving business priorities
