Senior / Lead IFS Procurement (SCM) Consultant (IGT1)

About the role

We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Procurement Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Procurement and Supply Chain processes in IFS Cloud. You will own the Procurement workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hyper care, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design
• Configure modules:
• o Requisition
• o Sourcing / RFQ
• o Purchase Orders
• o Supplier Management
• o Inventory & Stock Management
• Design and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Support supplier master data migration and validation
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks
• Support integrations (finance, inventory, supplier platforms)
• Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Provide L2/L3 support and process optimization post Go-Live
• Engage stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Operations
• Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years ERP Procurement / SCM consulting experience
• Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Strong understanding of:
• o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
• o Inventory and supplier management
• Experience in data migration, UAT, and Go-Live support
• Familiarity with public procurement regulations is an added advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
