Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee This role is responsible in ensuring all claims are injury coded in line with Company guidelines. This role is responsible for keeping service levels within target. Strategy and Planning * Support the implementation of the Claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets * Participate in all relevant meetings in order to share and develop strategy, knowledge and best practice Policy, Process and Procedures * Ensure current knowledge and adherence to relevant Motor Accident Authority legislation, government and Company guidelines Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus *Liaise with internal and external network to obtain relevant information Technical Performance * Accumulate data in order to identify the type and severity of injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents
