What will you be doing? We are seeking a passionate Director of Business Development with UK wide professional services experience, to expand and nurture relationships with new and existing client across our Financial Services Sector. You will be based in London, but with a focus on activating specific tiers of the FS business. The Financial Services Sector is one of our largest and most exciting areas of focus. We combine deep expertise with a can-do attitude and build effective working relationships with decision makers of dynamic Financial Services institutions. You'll bring a strong focus on business development, client outreach and new business growth, whilst working closely with operational teams to ensure that collectively, we provide the best possible serving to all our stakeholders. As a Director of Business Development, your responsibilities will include among others, Originate new business opportunities with prospective clients in the FS Sector Identify and research target clients in the Sector to drive pipeline development and conversion Lead and drive the sales process to convert prospects into new clients Engage with prospects regularly and use this interaction to improve the firm's brand, relationships and identify opportunities Work with relevant teams and partners in the region to develop winning proposals that speaks to the client's needs and objectives Manage sales information including conversion rates, key targets, pipeline management, KPIs and trend information Drive progress on Sectoral strategy Work closely with clients to help them navigate business opportunities and challenges Generate a strong internal network, be experienced in data management and pipeline
