Requirements

  • To support our mission and continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by responding to incoming leads.
  • Sell AnyDesk solutions in the EMEA region
  • Manage a high volume of leads through SalesForce, responding to them in a timely and professional manner
  • Inform prospects about how our software can add value to their business via MS-Teams, Zoom, phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Work closely with your team to help AnyDesk increase its revenue in the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Continuously develop and improve your sales skills and product knowledge
  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Inbound or outbound experience
  • Relevant experience in a similar sales or customer service role
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of using CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and customer data
  • Business fluent in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of BANT sales methodology to effectively identify and qualify leads, is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Strong customer focus and ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs
