About You 18+ years of overall experience and atleast 12 years of leadership experience Proven experience in a senior leadership role within product engineering or software development. Extensive experience with Budget Management and financial oversight for engineering departments. Demonstrated expertise in Change Management within a dynamic technological environment. Exceptional Communication, Influencing, and Negotiation skills. Strong ability in Group Problem Solving and leading teams to successful resolutions. A track record of being Inspirational, motivating, and developing high-performing teams. Expertise in People Management, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Demonstrated success in Project Delivery, consistently bringing products to market on time and within budget. Deep understanding of Software Development principles and practices. Extensive experience in Software Engineering, including architecture, design, and implementation. Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including the Waterfall Model.
