Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Virtual Assistants to maximize productivity and performance. Develop and implement training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance improvement plans. Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, challenges, and performance-related issues. Foster a positive and collaborative remote work environment. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience , preferably in a BPO or remote team setting . Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and team management . Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills . Ability to implement processes, drive productivity, and maintain team accountability . Comfortable working in US business hours and managing remote teams across time zones.
