Requirements
- You have experience in customer account management, finance operations, or order-to-cash processes, such as receivables, collections, credit management, or related areas
- You have experience supporting or leading teams and helping others develop through coaching, feedback, and clear priorities
- You are comfortable working with KPIs, operational targets, and data to monitor performance and support decision-making
- You understand how working capital, cash flow, and credit risk impact the business and are interested in improving outcomes in these areas
- You collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and can translate business needs into structured, standardized ways of working
- You are open to change and motivated to improve processes through standardization, harmonization, and automation
- You communicate clearly and build trust-based working relationships in a matrix environment
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
