*** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee a large intelligence services contract with USCENTCOM. This program supports the planning, execution, and coordination of intelligence analysis, operations, production, analytic support, and innovation in coordination with Government customers at USCENTCOM HQ in Tampa, FL and OCONUS in the USCENTCOM AOR. The Senior Program Manager will have full authority to act for SOSi on all contractual and financial matters relating to daily operations of this effort. Essential Job Duties Manages day-to-day program operations to ensure that schedules are met, resources are utilized effectively, reporting is accurate and timely, and proper relationships are established between customers and the contractor management team. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on the program, including but not limited to staffing, systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, subcontractors, travel, and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. Consistently demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the management skills required to meet mission requirements. Manages operations to ensure staffing levels meet / exceed Task Order requirements. Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative management methodologies and pursues developments that may impact those methodologies. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique management approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. Demonstrates ability to review deliverables for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely assesses rigor of analytic products. Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrates ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information. Regularly interacts with key Government (KO, COR, Task Leads) and corporate leaders. Minimum Requirements Active in-scope Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph. At least 5 years of experience managing Government programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience related to management of military intelligence programs, leading large complex projects or multidisciplinary teams, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience working in the USCENTCOM AOR, either TDY or deployed.
• Work Environment
• Normal working conditions while in a CONUS office environment.
• Potential travel and TDY within the USCENTCOM AOR.
• Living and working conditions while TDY or deployed could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, adverse conditions, and relocation on short notice.
