Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new products from concept to launch, including drawings, DFMEA, prototyping, validation, and testing strategies.
  • Lead product launches using APQP and PDP processes, ensuring timelines, quality, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 0-5+ years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or digitalization projects (open to entry-level and experienced candidates).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection or compression molding is a plus.
  • Exposure to digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, MES systems, or data automation platforms preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of programming, PLC systems, or SQL is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven decision making.
  • Effective communication and organization skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Starting at $70,000 Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities. ‎ ‎
