We have an exciting opportunity for an Invoice to Pay - Quality Assurance and Controls Analyst . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Performs analysis and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts which may include, but are not limited to Accounts Payable accounts Coordinates action with the business units to clear outstanding open items Performs monthly compact journal review Performs duplicate payment reviews and initiates a root-cause analysis discussion, if necessary Special Projects or Ad Hoc Tasks Support emerging technologies as opportunities arise (RPA, Data Analytics, etc); apply to all existing processes as applicable Continuous improvement on all processes Coordination role within the team for S2P-wide projects, initiatives, or periodic routine tasks About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and related business courses Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
Requirements
- Experience in SAP/ JDE is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong Accounts Payable background is preferred.
