Project Management & Process Improvement Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of operational workflows for the remittance platform. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver operational projects, system upgrades, and new product launches. Participate in testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of payment and remittance systems. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate operational records, transaction reconciliations, and management reports related to merchant servicing and remittance activities. Develop, update, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. Prepare documentation to support audits, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards. General Responsibilities Stay informed of industry developments, regulatory updates, market trends, and emerging payment technologies. Support ad-hoc operational, administrative, and business-related initiatives as assigned. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence.
