As the Transformation Consultant (Director), you are a strategic leader responsible for spearheading the digital transformation agenda for key clients, primarily CBA. This pivotal role aligns EssenceMediacom's capabilities with client strategic objectives, driving innovation, digital performance excellence, and embedding data and technology maturity. You will deliver measurable performance outcomes across the client's digital ecosystem, demonstrating the full breadth of EssenceMediacom's expertise to achieve breakthrough results and evolve product solutions and processes. You will build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams, focusing on identifying opportunities, driving incremental outcomes, and leading initiatives that enhance performance marketing and digital maturity. Core Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital performance and measurement roadmaps, aligning with client OKRs and utilizing transformation tools and processes. Define measurable milestones and governance structures (e.g., QBRs, scorecards). Establish and optimize RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) and workflows for hybrid team models (EssenceMediacom, Media Monks, client teams, external partners like Google/Meta), ensuring robust digital performance and measurement maturity. Lead the coordination of data and technology projects across client business units, ensuring alignment with business cases, data governance, and effective senior stakeholder communication. Own and evolve client measurement frameworks, establishing structured, strategic learning agendas in collaboration with internal analytics teams (including WPP Media's Choreograph) to deliver cross-discipline media measurement. Showcase EssenceMediacom products tailored to client needs, driving innovation and breakthrough work through strategic publisher relationships and product updates. Provide expert guidance on digital, data/tech, and performance progression. Lead key initiatives that build performance marketing and digital maturity solutions for clients, such as Agentic Workflows.
