Risk Management & Compliance Executive

About the role

Job Responsibilities Ensure organizational compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards. Conduct financial and non-financial compliance audits, including reviewing internal control processes. Identify, analyze, and mitigate compliance risks, and monitor adherence to company policies Manage Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption initiatives, including coordinating training and employee awareness programs. Support the development, implementation, and review of company policies and compliance frameworks. Liaise with insurance brokers for annual policy renewals and assist in managing insurance claims. Coordinate and communicate with China HQ on corporate announcements, notices, and reporting requirements. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for headquarters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance processes and internal controls. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on compliance matters. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or risk management; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend solutions. High level of integrity, strong work ethics, and meticulous attention to detail. Good organizational and reporting skills with adetail-oriented mindset. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools or compliance monitoring systems is an added advantage. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare written reports in both languages.
