About the role

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining waiting lists and priorities, allotment start/stop procedures, EEO policies and fair housing laws/regulations; 2) Using Microsoft Office programs to prepare various reports including occupancy, vacancy rates, workload indicators, trend tracking and data collection; 3) Counseling customers regarding community housing, standards of conduct, procedures for addressing landlord/tenant disputes and fiscal responsibility; and 4) Using regulations governing conditions of occupancy in community housing.
