Site Overview Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India's aerospace ecosystem. Role Overview: Lead strategic/niche recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines. Be a partner across businesses and TA teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs to fill their open positions in a timely manner Set high recruitment standards, always taking into consideration operational excellence and compliance Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability/competency-based assessments during their interview Maintain strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and styles Ensure delivery against key TA metrics Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE Aerospace Brand Strategy Effectively handle the GE candidate experience, ensuring that it is positive and respectful Build strong relationships and deliver on talent recruiting strategies and models The Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate is able to engage candidates' and people leader effectively to ensure a smooth hiring process and a great candidate experience. Able to strive in a fast paced environment managing multiple task and adapting to changing business needs. Qualifications/ Requirements Graduate/Post-Graduate preferably in Management with 5+ years of wing to wing recruiting experience
