Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are currently seeking a new Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team in Vancouver , Calgary or Toronto . What your team does: Clio's Project Management Office (PMO) leads the company's most strategic, complex, cross-functional projects and programs. We work very closely with teams across the entire Clio org and work with roles at all levels. We're the gears that reliably keep projects running on time and keep the business growing. The PMO sits within the Business Operations department which is focused on driving results for the company through strategic, operational, and data-driven improvements and growth. As a part of the wider Business Operations team, the PMO acts as a key partner in implementing Clio's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with functional leaders across the business to develop execution plans that align to Clio's strategic vision and goals
• You will drive strategic alignment and decision making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders
• You will facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with a variety of workstream leaders, and continually test and validate scoping assumptions to make sure that teams are working on the right things to achieve project objectives
• You will identify and highlight dependencies and facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional workstreams; and in doing so, you will remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks
• What you may have:
• An undergraduate degree in an area that involves project management, business, research, leadership, or software development.
• Project management certification, change management certification, and/or additional project management training - PMP certification is essential
• 4+ years experience working in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast growing SaaS/tech company
• Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision making alignment discussions, and creating roadmaps and timelines/gantt charts
• Experience facilitating workshops with groups and coaching individuals
• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
• Serious bonus points if you have:
• People management experience or if you have held any leadership roles

• The expected salary range* for this role is $102,000 to $120,000 to $138,000 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
