About the role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on intern with strong interest in AI-driven solutions , integration projects, and functional domains such as EDI and supply chain. The role involves supporting project execution, gathering requirements, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful integration outcomes. Key Responsibilities AI & Technology Application Actively contribute to projects involving AI-based tools, automation, and intelligent solutions. Assist in evaluating and adopting AI capabilities within project workflows. Documentation Create and maintain clear documentation for project workflows, integration processes, and technical specifications. Ensure documentation is structured, accurate, and easy to understand for both business and technical stakeholders. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements. Support the design, planning, and implementation of integration solutions aligned with project objectives. Assist in project coordination to ensure smooth delivery and timely progress updates. EDI & Supply Chain Domain Demonstrate interest and willingness to learn EDI standards , formats, and processes (e.g., ASN, Purchase Orders, Shipment messages). Understand core supply chain concepts to effectively contribute to integration requirements and validation. Collaborate with domain experts to translate functional needs into actionable integration tasks. Learning & Development Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, integration technologies, EDI, and supply chain workflows. Engage in continuous learning to build strong functional and technical understanding.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field .
  • Product management certification or prior internship experience in Business Analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, integration concepts, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially within the EDI and supply chain domain.
