Job Family: Student Work Study Department: Physical Therapy Supervisor: Tami Phillips Job Title: Temporary Front Desk Receptionist- Mornings Job Description: The Front Desk Receptionist for Mercer's physical therapy clinic, Mercer Physical Therapy , will be responsible for administrative activities of the clinic under the supervision of the Clinic Director. Responsibilities include greeting and the signing in/out of patients/clients, answering clinic phone(s), collecting payments, maintaining cleanliness of front office area, assisting in cleaning of equipment and stocking patient care areas, and scheduling patients for initial and follow-up appointments. The Front Desk Receptionist will assist in verifying insurance benefits and authorizations, and other tasks as delegated by the Clinic Director or Department Chair.
