Pastry & Gelato Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, engaging service to enhance customer experience
• Serve pastries and scoop gelato efficiently to meet customer demand
• Prepare simple drinks such as coffee and tea following hygiene and quality standards
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shop to ensure food safety
• Organize and keep the shop tidy and welcoming for customers
• Recommend and upsell menu items appropriately to increase sales
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations

• Demonstrate a positive and approachable attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Communicate comfortably and clearly with customers to build rapport
