This role sits in the Commercial team within Mobile Retentions, reporting to the Mobile Commercial Retention Lead. The team is key to the ongoing commercial success of the Sky Group's Mobile business (optimising across volume and financial return) and works closely with colleagues in Trading, Routes to Market (RTM), Marketing, and Finance to ensure the ongoing strength of Sky Mobile customer base and P&L. The Commercial Manager - Mobile Retention is responsible for driving Mobile retention performance, delivering commercial strategy from ideation through execution, and ensuring Sky retains and grows value from its Mobile base. This role will support and lead on high ‑ profile initiatives (e.g. PINC), shaping retention strategy, launching new campaigns and offers, and translating complex performance data into clear, senior ‑ level narratives that influence decision ‑ making across Connectivity.
