Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
- Set up service stations and ensures bussing of stations throughout the shift
- Assist bartenders with maintaining stocks, changing kegs, collecting empty glasses, re-stocking ice and food service
- Assist servers with food service, bussing, maintaining stocks and clean glassware
- Full knowledge of Food & Beverage menus and offerings
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assists with guest enquiries
- Review daily reports, arrivals, VIP's, and groups in house
- Other duties as assigned
- Your Experience and Skills Include:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, while working cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Weekend availability is required
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently
