Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Lead Programmer to drive the engineering team and take full ownership of our technical direction. You will play a critical role in building and shipping from vertical slice through to Gold certification.
- In this role, you will:
- Own the PS5 build pipeline and TRC certification process
- Implement DualSense haptic feedback and adaptive trigger integration
- Define and maintain the Unreal Engine 5 core systems architecture
- Drive performance optimization across PS5 and PC targets

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional game development experience
- At least one shipped title as Lead or Senior Programmer
- Deep expertise in Unreal Engine 5
- Strong console development experience -- PS5 required
- Advanced C++ proficiency
- Experience working with large codebases and middleware pipelines
- Strong communication skills across disciplines
- Pluses
- PlayStation DevKit hands-on experience
- At least one shipped AA or AAA title as Lead or Senior Programmer
