About the role

As part of our diverse team based in Melbourne , you'll help make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You'll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose. As a processing officer you will provide data entry support to EML in order for us to proactively manage workers' compensation claims. In this position, you will be working quickly and accurately to provide data-entry services to the business by performing a high volume of data processing work. This includes keying medical certificates, processing payments and reviewing stakeholder accounts and processing reimbursements. This is a full time, permanent position, based in our Melbourne office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

Responsibilities

  • Providing the highest standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with EML values.
  • Accurate and timely processing of payments and reimbursements
  • High volume of data entry related activities.
  • Utilising multiple systems at one time.
  • Management of incoming and outgoing medical documentation.
  • Management and resolution of general phone enquiries.
  • ABOUT YOU
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to take direction and follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the relevant worker's compensation legislation and regulations.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate.
