Accounting Intern (Finance) - 6-Month Internship Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Core finance operations : Support day-to-day finance activities such as accounts payable and receivable, employee claims, and purchase requisitions, with increasing responsibility as you become familiar with our processes.
• Reporting and analysis : Prepare basic financial reports, perform reconciliations, and assist with variance analysis under guidance.
• System implementation support : Contribute to data checks and documentation as we roll out a new financial system - a chance to see how finance and technology intersect.
• Process improvement : Contribute to documenting existing workflows and suggest practical improvements, including the use of digital or AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
• Cross-functional exposure : Based on interest and performance, there may be opportunities to observe or assist with areas such as treasury, budgeting, audit preparation, or finance-related support for our business units (e.g. transport consultancy, events).

Requirements

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Prior internship experience is a plus, but not required
