Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Ivanti Endpoint Manager platform for enterprise devices
- Perform device lifecycle management: provisioning, enrollment, patching, compliance, and decommissioning

- Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in endpoint/device management
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- o Ivanti Endpoint Manager / Ivanti Neurons
- o OS patching and 3rd-party application updates using Ivanti
- Experience in:
- o Have strong migration experience in Ivanti to intune or co-existence models.
- o Application packaging (Win32, MSI, scripting)
- o Software distribution and deployment
- o Device provisioning and imaging
- Solid understanding of:
- o Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
- o Endpoint security policies (BitLocker, AV, firewall)
- Hands-on with:
- o PowerShell scripting for automation
- o Troubleshooting endpoint agents and policies
- Experience working in ITSM-driven environments (incident, change, problem management)
- Exposure to hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud endpoint management)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
