Requirements

• A master's degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or related discipline and 3 years of experience in managing product and process development.
• In the alternative, a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing product and process development.
• Experience must include:
• (1) 3 years of experience in process or product development management in industrial, logistics, distribution, last mile or production/manufacturing environment.
• (2) 3 years of experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma or other OE tools.
• (3) 3 years of experience in advanced data analysis using supporting tools: Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, MS Access or equivalent.
• (4) 3 years of experience in financial and statistical modelling.

Employer: PillPack LLC Position: Operations Engineer III - AMZ12253.13 Location: Seattle, WA Multiple Positions Available: - Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the network to proactively identify process improvement opportunities - Partner with operational leaders within the pharmacy fulfillment centers to execute implementation of process improvements driving stabilization and standardization across the network - Provide feedback to the Pharmacy Design Engineers based on implemented process improvements and other tests to improve the design of future pharmacy fulfillment centers - Deliver coaching and process path information across network of operational leaders in the FC's to support reduction of variation in process standards and knowledge gaps within the FC network - Identify, explore, evaluate, justify and realize solutions that add value by improving output quality, throughput rates, capacity, system utilization, and the reduction of waste - Develop cross-functional knowledge of pharmacy operations systems, processes, procedures, and tools.
