Employer: PillPack LLC Position: Operations Engineer III - AMZ12253.13 Location: Seattle, WA Multiple Positions Available: - Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the network to proactively identify process improvement opportunities - Partner with operational leaders within the pharmacy fulfillment centers to execute implementation of process improvements driving stabilization and standardization across the network - Provide feedback to the Pharmacy Design Engineers based on implemented process improvements and other tests to improve the design of future pharmacy fulfillment centers - Deliver coaching and process path information across network of operational leaders in the FC's to support reduction of variation in process standards and knowledge gaps within the FC network - Identify, explore, evaluate, justify and realize solutions that add value by improving output quality, throughput rates, capacity, system utilization, and the reduction of waste - Develop cross-functional knowledge of pharmacy operations systems, processes, procedures, and tools.
