We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead initiatives that improve manufacturing productivity and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with industrial systems, and knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, automation, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will bridge traditional manufacturing practices with digital transformation strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor, analyze, and improve OEE across production lines. Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement measures. Deploy Industry 4.0 solutions (IoT sensors, AI-driven analytics, digital twins, MES/ERP integration). Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to drive smart manufacturing initiatives. Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance tracking. Train and support staff in adopting new technologies and lean practices. Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with company KPIs. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field. Proven experience in OEE monitoring, productivity improvement, or lean manufacturing. PREFERRED: Passion for digital transformation in manufacturing. Ability to balance technical rigor with practical implementation. Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
